Provision for SEND: Meet the Team

SEND stands for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We are proud of the support we provide for children and families at The Meadows. 

Our SEND Hub provides a calm and enriching learning environment for children with education, health and care plans, and aims to meet their needs in a specialised environment within a mainstream setting.
